Emails Harden About Resolution Timing

After forwarding Fredericks' research request to Harden, Harden asks: "What is the timing of introducing a resolution to direct Liz to develop a consolidation plan?" Kenne responds: "I had wanted sooner than later – I think not until Dec? Or January? Not sure if Tina wants to try to get it approved until she is president maybe?"

Texts Harden: "How Do We Stop This Runaway Train?"

Kenne texts Harden: "Now Tina wants to meet again Monday 'to view my latest consolidation proposal based on discussions I've had.' How do we stop this runaway train? Mark my words, a resolution is coming outlining what specific schools are closing and on what timeline, my guess just as she takes the president role."
